Furthermore, the fellowship’s structured combination of host organisation work, leadership training, strategic initiative development, and expert mentorship ensures that each fellow leaves Geneva with both the professional competencies and the international network required to drive meaningful impact in peace and humanitarian diplomacy.
Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualification
- Recent graduates who completed a Master’s degree within the past 12 months are eligible
- Advanced Ph.D. candidates transitioning into policy or practice are also eligible
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for an international diplomatic environment
Experience & Other Conditions
- Junior professionals with one to four years of professional experience are eligible
- Mid-career professionals with five to ten years of professional experience are eligible
- Must demonstrate strong leadership potential and a genuine interest in peace and humanitarian diplomacy
- Must be able to work effectively in multicultural environments
