Psychometric Test

Before the personal interview, candidates will undergo a mandatory online Psychometric Test. This test assesses personality traits and decision-making skills but does not carry any marks.

Personal Interview

The interview carries 75 marks and accounts for 20% of the final selection weightage. Candidates can choose to answer the panel’s questions in either English or Hindi.
